About Store – Quilting Legacies
Quilting Legacies is a quilting and creative community based in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, founded by Amanda Bauer-Frisch. More than a traditional craft store, Quilting Legacies brings makers together through quilting supplies, hands-on classes, community events, and professional services. The store is designed to help customers develop new skills, connect with other makers, and gain confidence with their next creative project.
Quilting Legacies offers a curated selection of premium fabrics, quilting supplies, sewing tools, project kits, sewing machines, embroidery patterns, thread, notions, and accessories. The store also provides INNOVA longarm products and professional services to support different stages of a quilting journey.
Education and community are central to the Quilting Legacies experience. Customers can participate in sewing classes, embroidery classes, bag-making classes, youth classes, birthday parties, and other creative events. The store’s instructors bring more than 25 years of combined sewing experience, helping makers learn practical techniques and build their confidence.
The business is led by a team with backgrounds across quilting, education, customer experience, technical service, communications, and product development. Founder and President & CEO Amanda Bauer-Frisch brings a people-first and systems-driven approach to building a creative community, while the wider team supports quilting projects, classes, machine services, and customer experiences.
With its focus on quilting fabric, sewing supplies, quilting classes, embroidery, sewing machines, project kits, longarm quilting, creative events, and community, Quilting Legacies provides a welcoming destination for beginners and experienced makers alike. Whether customers are shopping for quilting essentials, learning a new skill, attending an event, or seeking professional services, Quilting Legacies supports makers throughout their creative journey.
